This is an update of the demo to address some performance issues with previous builds.

* Added random events - family can now be heard talking once you leave the basement

* Extra UI to inventory - Mouse1 when object selected shows short description

* Other captive voice line added

* Rebuilt movement to use Unity Character Controller.

* Performance optimization. Removed stuttering issue.

* Various minor bug fixes
